How do reviews work? 

 

After a booking reservation tenants can leave a review and a rating on the overall experience they had at that particular listing. The lessor can reply to any review but cannot delete it.

Reviews have a vital importance in this business. The more services you offer reflects in more positive reviews but more importantly, kindness and the availability to help your tenants during their stay. It is obvious to point out that the more positive reviews you have the more bookings you will get.

Right after check out, you can leave a review. When leaving a review please make sure you follow our review rules & guidelines.

Your reviews are stored attached to your listing. To view/ reply/edit your reviews simply log in your account and go to ‘’My eLands’’ then select the listing you want to view and choose the Reviews tab

For your tenant and your own protection eLands reserves the right to remove or alter your review if you violate the eLands Review Guidelines. E.g; giving private information about your lessor/tenant in a review. For more information please visit our Review Guidelines.

 

 

What are the eLands review guidelines? 

 

In eLands a consumer/ tenant/ tourist can leave a review which refers to the experience of the service and stay after renting a space though eLands. Tenants can leave reviews commenting on space, atmosphere, reliability, experienced feelings and whether or not the service was as it was described.

The rules when writing a review or a review response are very simple.

One has to stick to the facts and be very proper and honest. We at eLands will not allow personal insults, unsociable behavior or any give away of personal information a tenant might have learnt during his/her stay. If we receive any report of such behavior eLands will open an investigation and has the right to remove and delete the review.

Can I remove or reply to a review? 

 

eLands is all about giving opportunity and freedom to the community so lessors cannot change or remove reviews from their profile left from their tenants/tourists. With that said lessors have the option of replying to any review.

To reply to a review, simply log in to your eLands account, head to ‘’My eLands’’, and double click on the listing that has the review you would like to reply to. Last step is to select the Reviews tab, browse through your reviews and select the one you wish to reply to.
